ABGSC provides comprehensive project finance advisory services with a strong focus on Nordic real estate. We combine deep sector expertise with transaction execution capabilities to support clients across the full investment and capital structure lifecycle.

Our project finance team advise on and structure sale and leaseback transactions for real estate assets, enabling property owners and corporates to unlock capital while maintaining long-term operational control. Our team also supports the structuring and financing of development projects, from early-stage planning through completion, ensuring robust capital structures aligned with project risk profiles.

For corporate clients, we deliver strategic and transactional advice on real estate-related acquisitions, divestments, and restructurings, including complex cross-border and multi-asset transactions and we work closely with the Nordic DCM team to design and execute tailored debt solutions to optimise funding outcomes.

In addition, we actively advise on second-hand transactions in unlisted real estate projects, facilitating liquidity and price discovery in a traditionally illiquid market. By connecting institutional and professional investors, we help create efficient exit and entry opportunities while supporting market transparency.
