On 24 March 2026, Bratsberg announced the acquisition of Floodeløkka 1, a 14,000 sqm office property in Porsgrunn, Norway. The property is fully let to Skagerak Energi and adds a high-quality office asset with attractive cash flow characteristics to Bratsberg’s portfolio. The transaction represents an important milestone for the company and further strengthens Bratsberg’s position in the region.
