ABG Sundal Collier’s Project Finance team has successfully facilitated the establishment of DK Retail Invest II AS, which has acquired a portfolio of 21 grocery properties in Denmark, let to REMA 1000.

The portfolio comprises approx. 23,400 sqm and is geographically diversified across Denmark.

Following this transaction, ABG Sundal Collier has facilitated the acquisition of 97 grocery properties in Denmark since 2024, with a combined property value of approx. NOK 4.3 billion.
