ABG Sundal Collier (“ABGSC”) successfully facilitated Slate Asset Management’s (“Slate”) acquisition of the portfolio from Tellus Eiendom AS and acted as sole debt arranger for the related financing.
Slate is a global investor and manager focused on essential real estate and infrastructure assets. Valued at approximately EUR 250 million, the portfolio comprises eight retail parks strategically located along major transport corridors in the Greater Oslo region. The properties are anchored by Norway’s leading grocery operators and discount retailers, including Coop, NorgesGruppen and Reitan Retail.
