Kristian B. Fyksen appointed interim CEO of ABG Sundal Collier

Following the announcement on 7 July 2026 that Jonas Ström will step down as CEO, the Board of Directors of ABG Sundal Collier (“ABGSC” or “the Group”) has appointed Kristian B. Fyksen as interim CEO of the Group, effective 1 September 2026. During this period, Kristian will continue to serve as CEO of ABG Sundal Collier ASA in Norway and as Head of Investment Banking.

Erik Skog has been appointed interim CEO of ABG Sundal Collier AB in Sweden, also effective 1 September 2026, and will continue in his role as Head of Investment Banking in Sweden.

“Kristian has extensive experience from ABGSC and a strong understanding of our business, clients and culture. The Board is confident that he will provide strong leadership for the Group as we continue the succession process”, says Knut Brundtland, Chairman of ABGSC.

The Board’s process to determine the long-term leadership of the Group is progressing efficiently, with the support of leading external advisers. A further announcement will be made in due course.
