ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint lead manager for Advanzia Bank S.A. in connection with the successful issuance of a FRN Hybrid Tier 1 bond of NOK 500m

Advanzia Bank S.A. (“Advanzia”) has successfully raised a FRN Hybrid Tier 1 bond (“AT1”) of NOK 500 million. The transaction was upsized from an initial amount of up to NOK 425m on the back of strong demand from high quality investors. Following the issuance Advanzia is well-capitalized and prepared to maintain its strong and highly profitable growth. This is the 5^th bond transaction ABGSC has managed for Advanzia since 2019, and ABGSC has raised NOK 1.8bn (equivalent) in aggregated gross proceeds.
