On 29 May 2026, Hyreslandslaget (“HLL”), one of Sweden’s leading equipment rental providers for small and medium-sized projects, announced the acquisition of Herok Group AB (“Herok”). The transaction marks an important milestone in HLL’s growth journey and strengthens its offering.

Herok is a family-owned equipment rental company that shares HLL’s tradition of strong local commitment and customer-focused decision-making. Together, HLL and Herok create a strong presence across central and eastern Sweden with 36 depots in total.

The acquisition provides significant opportunities to accelerate growth driven by a complementary fleet of machinery, improved capacity utilisation through the expanded depot network, and strengthened purchasing power across the region. As part of the transaction, the sellers will reinvest a substantial amount of the purchase price in HLL.
