On Monday 14 October 2024, Hawk Infinity Software AS (“Hawk”), a leading Nordic software group, announced the acquisition of Bazoom Group ApS (“Bazoom”). Based in Denmark, Bazoom is a digital platform provider of SEO and advertising software that has built a leading position among advertising agencies and affiliates through an extensive and growing network of media partners. Over the last few years, Bazoom has been on a journey of international expansion characterised by high growth and profitability.
Through the acquisition, Hawk will expand its footprint in Denmark, while Bazoom will become part of Hawk Infinity Software’s growing portfolio of Nordic software companies, leveraging the extensive industry experience within the Group.
