The ABG Women in Finance Foundation is pleased to announce that applications for funding are now open. We invite organisations, researchers, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to apply for support for projects and initiatives that aim to increase female participation and diversity in the Scandinavian financial sector.

Our mission is to contribute to a more inclusive and diverse financial industry by supporting initiatives that create opportunities for women at all stages of their careers. A key area of focus is increasing female recruitment into entry-level positions within the financial sector, helping to strengthen the future talent pipeline. We also support initiatives aimed at improving the retention and advancement of women already working in the industry.

In addition to practical programmes and initiatives, we welcome applications for relevant research projects that can generate valuable insights and contribute to positive, long-term change. 

If you are leading a project or initiative that aligns with these objectives, we encourage you to submit an application for consideration.

The deadline for the current application round is 1 September.
