ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial advisor to Papirfly in relation to its acquisition of Keepeek

On Tuesday, 16 May 2023, Papirfly (“Papirfly” or the ”Company”) announced its acquisition of Keepeek SA (“Keepeek”), a leading provider of digital asset management software (“DAM”) in the French market. The acquisition represents a crucial step in Papirfly’s European expansion strategy by strengthening the Company’s position in one of the most significant geographies in the European DAM market and puts Papirfly on track to become Europe’s go-to brand management platform.
Keepeek, founded in 2008 by Thomas Larzillière and Matthieu Joubert, is a French leader in digital asset management, serving well-known and reputable brands such as Yves Rocher, Airbus, Veolia, Orange and EDF.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as Papirfly’s financial advisor in the transaction. The transaction marks the second time ABG Sundal Collier has been involved in a transaction with Papirfly.
