On 16 July 2026, NES Fircroft Bondco AS (together with its subsidiaries “NES Fircroft” or “the Group”) successfully placed a new 5-year USD 650 million senior secured bond. Net proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance the Group’s existing outstanding bond, fund a recapitalisation of the Group, and for general corporate purposes. The transaction attracted strong interest from a broad range of high-quality institutional investors globally and was well oversubscribed.
