ABGSC acted as Joint Bookrunner in the SEK 5,962 million IPO of Cint

Cint announced on Friday 19 February 2021 the successful completion of its initial public offering (“IPO”) with trading on Nasdaq Stockholm commencing the same day.
The shares in the IPO were priced at SEK 72.0, corresponding to a market capitalization of approx. SEK 9.8 billion. The total value of the offering amounted to approx. SEK 6.0 billion, of which the cornerstone investors Swedbank Robur Ny Teknik, Handelsbanken Fonder, C WorldWide Asset Management, Danica Pension and TIN Fonder acquired shares corresponding to an aggregate value of SEK 2.2 bn.
The IPO attracted very strong interest from large Swedish and international institutional investors as well as the general public in Sweden, and was substantially oversubscribed.
