On Friday 21 August 2026, Flower German Tolling AB (publ), a newly incorporated subsidiary of Flower Infrastructure Technologies AB (“Flower”), successfully issued a SEK 600 million senior secured floating rate bond within a SEK 750 million framework. Net proceeds will be used to finance the acquisition of 7 BESS assets together with general corporate purposes, including capex and further tolling asset acquisitions.

Flower is Sweden’s leading battery optimisation platform, managing one of the country’s largest portfolios of grid-scale batteries and third-party assets, with a +350 MW operational portfolio today combining owned, in-house developed, and contracted third-party capacity. Flower is expanding across Northern and Central Europe, with total volume set to scale to around 792 MW, including 380 MW of contracted third-party assets and the 112 MW of tolling capacity added through the acquisition.
