ABGSC acted as Joint Bookrunner in the NOK 88 million private placement in Andfjord Salmon AS

On 2 December 2020, Andfjord Salmon AS (“Andfjord Salmon” or the “Company”) announced the successful placement of 2.1 million new shares in the Company at a price of NOK 42.00 per share, corresponding to a total transaction size of approximately NOK 88 million.
The Private Placement attracted strong interest from existing shareholders in the Company and high quality institutional investors. The transaction was significantly anchored among existing shareholders in the Company who pre-committed to apply for up to NOK 40 million in the Private Placement.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Private Placement (i) to fast-track the development of Kvalnes Phase 2 by moving the planned investments in blasting and excavation work six months forward, and (ii) for general corporate purposes
