ABGSC acted as financial adviser to Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker in connection with the acquisition of a 25% stake in Implement Consulting Group

Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker (“CAF”) has acquired a 25% stake in Implement Consulting Group (“Implement” or the “Company”). The transaction marks a new strategic partnership between CAF and Implement and will support a transformation of the Company’s partnership model, enabling Implement to attract and retain the best talent as it pursues the next phase of its growth journey.

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Hellerup, Implement is a management consulting firm working across strategy, operations, digitalisation, and leadership. With over 1,900 employees and 12 offices across the Nordics, the DACH region, and the United States, Implement is one of Europe’s largest consultancies, having grown at a CAGR of c. 23% since 1996 to revenues of EUR 392m in 2024/25.
