ABG Sundal Collier advised Bell Technology Acquisition LLC (“BTA”) in connection with the sale of 2,000,000 shares in MIPS AB (publ) (“MIPS”).

BTA has sold 2,000,000 shares in MIPS to a number of Swedish and international institutional investors in an accelerated bookbuilding process. The price was set to SEK 102 per share, which means that the total value of the sale amounted to SEK 204 million. The transaction size was increased from the communicated 1,000,000 – 2,000,000 shares due to strong interest from investors. ABG Sundal Collier AB was the sole bookrunner in connection with the sale.
