On Friday 19 June 2026, SERWIZ announced that it has entered a strategic partnership with Driv Kapital and that it has successfully agreed to acquire of Kongsvang Cleaning & Facility (“Kongsvang”).
SERWIZ is a leading Danish facility management company founded in 2021 through a management buyout of Sodexo Denmark. Since then, the company has grown substantially both organically and through the acquisition of the Danish activities of Alliance+ in 2022. The addition of Kongsvang to the SERWIZ platform further strengthens its position in the Danish facility management market, representing a combined entity generating more than DKK 1.3 billion in revenue and employing around 2,700 people.
As part of the transaction, SERWIZ will be partnering with Driv Kapital. The strategic partnership will provide SERWIZ with strong financial backing and operational know-how to support the company’s continued growth journey.
