ABG Sundal Collier supported Oscar Properties in developing a recapitalisation plan, which consisted of multiple interdependent transactions during 2019. The extension of the Senior Unsecured bonds was negotiated and completed during the spring and a voluntary conversion offering was completed in October 2019. Further, on 16 December 2019, Oscar Properties announced the outcome of the voluntary exchange offer to the holders of preference shares and the result of the rights issue. Approximately 51 percent of the holders of preference shares accepted the voluntary exchange offer, and shares equalling to SEK 187m were subscribed for in the rights issue.
Following the transactions and the new capital structure, Oscar Properties will have the financial resources and conditions needed to focus on realising value from ongoing and planned projects.
