ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole bookrunner in the SEK 240m sale of shares in RevolutionRace by Nyrensten Global Holding

On 25 June 2024, Nyrensten Global Holding AB sold 5 million shares in RVRC Holding, corresponding to c. 4.4% of the company. The shares were sold to a select number of institutional investors through a private bidding procedure. Nyrensten Global Holding is controlled by the founders of RVRC Holding, Pernilla & Niclas Nyrensten.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the placement. ABG Sundal Collier has been a part of all five capital markets transactions in RVRC Holding, including the IPO in 2021.
