ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the NOK 574 million secondary sale of shares in Scatec

On Tuesday 17 September 2024, Scatec Innovation announced the sale of approximately 7.1 million shares in Scatec, representing approximately 4.4% of the company. The transaction was priced at NOK 80.50 per share resulting in a total transaction size of NOK 574 million. After the transaction Scatec Innovation retains 7m shares, corresponding to 4.4% of the outstanding shares.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole bookrunner in the transaction.
