ABG Sundal Collier acted as Manager in the private placement of new shares raising NOK 215 million for Awilco LNG ASA

Awilco LNG ASA raised gross proceeds of NOK 215 million through issuance of 61.4 million shares.
The equity issue is an integral part of a comprehensive refinancing, including an amended and more flexible agreement with its main creditor Teekay LNG Partners L.P. which re-establishes a robust financial platform for the Company. The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used to strengthen the Company’s balance sheet and liquidity position, and secure final agreement with Teekay LNG.
