ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint manager and bookrunner in connection with the SEK 300m senior unsecured tap issue by M2 Asset Management

M2 Asset Management has extended its exisiting senior unsecured bond loan 2017/2020 with SEK 300m. The company has SEK 600m in outstanding bonds from the issue in July, which gives a total outstanding volume of SEK 900m after the transaction. The bond loan has a framework amount of SEK 1,000m maturing on 6 July 2020, giving a remaining tenor of just over 2.7 years. M2 will apply for listing for the issued bonds at Nasdaq Stockholm.
