ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint manager and bookrunner for the NOK 700m Senior Unsecured Bond Issue by Hospitality Invest AS

On Tuesday 20 September 2022, Hospitality Invest AS successfully completed the issuance of a new NOK 700m senior unsecured bond. The issuance of the new bond marks Hospitality Invest’s third successful bond issue and solidifies the company’s position as a reputable and repeating issuer in the Nordic bond market. The new bond issue will have a three-year tenor and the net proceeds from transaction will be utilized to refinance the company’s excising HOIN02 bond.
