ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner in the NOK 149.5 million IPO of poLight ASA

On 27 September, poLight announced the successful completion of its initial public offering with trading on Oslo Børs from 1 October. The offering consisted of an issuance of 2,600,000 new shares. In addition, 390,000 shares were over-allotted. The price in the offering was set to NOK 50 per share, corresponding to a market capitalisation of poLight after the offering of NOK 401m. The gross proceeds will be used to fund the operations of the company until the products are anticipated commercialised as well as for further development of the group’s products.
