ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Financial Advisor to Fjordkraft AS in the acquisition of TrønderEnergi Marked

Fjordkraft Holding ASA (“Fjordkraft”) has entered into an agreement to acquire TrønderEnergi Marked, announced 28 February 2018, for a total consideration of NOK 278m on an enterprise value basis. The acquisition is in line with Fjordkraft’s ambitions to act as a consolidator in the Norwegian electricity retail market and strengthens the company’s presence in Mid-Norway, including the Trønderlag region, where Fjordkraft already is present with Trondheim Kraft. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval.
