On Thursday 9 February 2023, Kredinor AS successfully completed the issuance of a new NOK 1,000 million senior unsecured bond. The bond has a floating coupon of 3m NIBOR + 7.00% p.a. and a four-year tenor. The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes. The transaction received strong interest from a large number of institutional and private investors.
