ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint bookrunner in the NOK 60m private placement in Heroic Group

On Tuesday, 14 February 2022, Heroic Group AS announced a contemplated private placement over a two-day subscription period. The transaction was launched as a fixed price offering at NOK 20 per share, representing a premium to the last reported trade on N-OTC. The transaction raised NOK 60m and the proceeds will be used for partial payment of ESL Pro League franchise spot, general corporate purposes, securing positions and expanding the Company’s reach through ambassadors and new esports titles.
