ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint bookrunner in the NOK ~550m Private Placement in Klaveness Combination Carriers

On 24 May 2023, Klaveness Combination Carriers. (“KCC” or the “Company) announced the successful completion of a Private Placement. The Private Placement consisted of 7,857,143 new common shares, at a price of NOK 70 per share, amounting to total gross proceeds of approximately NOK 550,000,000. The net proceeds of the private placement will be used to partly fund the equity component of the delivery of three CABU III Newbuilds with expected delivery in Q1-Q3 2026. Through optimised design and energy efficiency measures, CABU III achieves a 35% lower carbon footprint than CABU I and 50-60% lower than standard vessels.
