ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Bookrunner in connection with the SEK 195 million secondary sale of shares in RugVista Group AB by Litorina

Litorina has completed the sale of 1,500,000 shares in RugVista Group AB, corresponding to 7.2% of the shares in the Company, to professional investors through an accelerated book-building procedure at a price of SEK 130 per share, yielding proceeds of SEK 195 million.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Bookrunner in connection with the placement. Earlier this year, ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Bookrunner in connection with the IPO of RugVista.
