ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial advisor to Telenor in connection with the sale of Telenor Satellite to Space Norway

Telenor has sold its satellite company, Telenor Satellite, for a total consideration of NOK 2.4 billion to Space Norway, a company wholly owned by the Norwegian Government.
Telenor Satellite has four satellites in operation providing broadcasting- and data services for the European market.
The process is a result of an initiative made by ABG Sundal Collier four years ago to secure a strong Norwegian satellite cluster. The recent geopolitical turbulence demonstrates the strategic importance of this sector.
