ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial advisor to OOF Group in its SEK 200m private placement to M2 Asset Management

OOF Group AB (“OOF Group”), a real estate developer of commercial properties for own long-term management and developer of tenant-owned rights in larger and regional cities in Sweden, has completed a private placement of SEK 200m to M2 Asset Management AB. The private placement consisted of both common and preference shares, and the company intends to use the proceeds to complete ongoing real estate projects. OOF Group has seven ongoing projects, of which five are fully let commercial projects with tenants such as Eleiko, Bevego, Mohlins, Cramo and Hilti for example, and two are housing projects.
