FREJA Transport & Logistics Holding A/S, the Nordic transport and logistics group, today announced the successful strategic acquisition of Transcargo A/S. FREJA is acquiring 100 per cent of Transcargo, a European provider of transport solutions. Founded in 1994, Transcargo is focusing on import/export road transports from Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. The acquisition is strategically important for FREJA, fortifying FREJA’s European coverage and full-service offering. The completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Danish competition authorities.
