ABG Sundal Collier acted as advisor to Urban Infrastructure Partner in the NOK 125 million equity issue directed towards Møller Mobility Group and Selvaag Invest.

Urban Infrastructure Partner AS (“UIP”) secures NOK 125 million in new equity from Møller Mobility Group AS (“MMG”) and Selvaag Invest AS (“Selvaag”), primarily to finance further growth within urban infrastructure and the associated technology platform, Urban Sharing. After the transaction, Selvaag will own 47% of UIP, with MMG and the management and founders owning 20% and 33%, respectively.
