ABG Sundal Collier acted as advisor to Nextgentel Holding ASA in connection with Kistefos’ acquisition of all outstanding shares in Nextgentel Holding ASA

NextGenTel Holding ASA, the major supplier of broadband and other communication services in the consumer and business market, announced 25 March that Telecom Holding 3 AS had received the acceptance for the voluntary cash offer to acquire the entire issued share capital of NextGenTel Holding ASA. Telecom Holding 3 AS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kistefos AS, a private Norwegian investment company wholly-owned by Christen Sveaas.
