ABG Sundal Collier acted as advisor to Accent Equity in the sale of Textilia

The investment fund Accent Equity 2012 has agreed to divest Textilia, a leading, nation-wide provider of business-critical textile services in Sweden primarily for the healthcare and defence sectors, to De Forenede Dampvaskerier, a leading Danish service company within textile laundry and rental. Textilia’s net sales in 2016 amounted to SEK 575 million and the group has demonstrated strong growth since Accent Equity’s acquisition in 2014.
