ABGSC acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner in the NOK 1,375 million private placement in Sonans Holding AS and subsequent listing on Euronext Growth

Sonans Holding AS (“Sonans Gruppen” or “the Company”) announced on Friday 12 February 2021 the successful placement of 27,500,000 shares at a price of NOK 50.00 per share for a total transaction size of NOK 1,375 million. Based on the offer price, the post-money equity value is NOK 1,800 million. The transaction, which attracted strong interest from leading domestic, Nordic and international institutional investors, was substantially oversubscribed.
Sonans Gruppen is a leading private education provider in Norway. The company has grown with approx. 15% revenue CAGR since 2002 and is currently present online and with 15 campuses across Norway.
Sonans Gruppen has applied for, and will, subject to the necessary approvals from the Oslo Stock Exchange, list its shares on Euronext Growth. The first day of trading on Euronext Growth is expected to be on or about 17 February 2021, and the Company will trade under the ticker code SOHO.
