ABGSC acted as financial advisor to GreenGo Energy Group in connection with raising of project financing for Mitchell solar PV portfolio from Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners

GreenGo Energy Group (GreenGo) has since 2016 been developing the Mitchell solar PV portfolio through a partnership with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), where CIP has provided the financing (both equity and debt). The portfolio comprises 20 utility scale projects across North Carolina and in 2019 financial close were reached on the first five sites, which became operational in 2020. The remaining 15 sites are expected to reach COD during end 2020 / 2021. ABG Sundal Collier has advised GreenGo from the start and thus been involved for almost five years
