On 11 May 2026, Øyfjellet Wind Investment AS (“Øyfjellet”) successfully completed the issuance of a five-year EUR 80 million senior secured bond. The transaction received strong interest from institutional investors and was priced at a margin of 425bps. Net proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance the company’s outstanding bond.

Øyfjellet is Norway’s largest operational wind park and is located west of Mosjøen in Vefsn municipality, Nordland. The wind park has been fully operational since September 2022 and features 72 wind turbines with a combined capacity of 400 MW. The project is fully owned by funds managed by Aquila Capital, a specialist fund manager focusing on clean energy and sustainable infrastructure.
