ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner in connection with the SEK 1,250 million sale of shares in Scandic Hotels Group by Eiendomsspar

On Tuesday 18 November 2025, Eiendomsspar AS (“Eiendomsspar”) completed the sale of 14.7 million shares in Scandic Hotels Group AB (“Scandic”), corresponding to approximately 7% of the shares in the company. The transaction was priced at SEK 85 per share, resulting in a total transaction size of SEK 1,250 million.
