Reconor A/S, the Danish environmental services group backed by Agilitas Private Equity, today announced the successful completion of the strategic acquisition of Mijodan A/S. Reconor is acquiring 100 per cent of Mijodan A/S, an environmental services business based in Agerskov, Denmark. Founded in 2003 and led by its former owners and Co-CEOs, Niels Erik Jespersen and Bjarne Jensen, Mijodan offers solutions for handling, treatment and recycling of sludge, contaminated soil and construction waste. The acquisition continues the expansion of Reconor with a strengthened coverage of Denmark, offering complete solutions for collection and treatment of all types of soil and building waste to an expanding customer base.
