Dormy Corporation AB (publ) (“Dormy” or the “Company”), Sweden’s leading golf retailer and one of Europe’s largest retailers of golf equipment, has successfully completed its IPO on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market, with the first day of trading on 24 September 2026. Founded in 1994, Dormy has grown profitably and organically without external capital and today holds approximately 49 per cent of the Swedish market. The Company operates 12 physical stores in Sweden and a scalable e-commerce platform serving customers across 13 European countries. For the 12-month period ended 30 June 2026, Dormy’s net sales were SEK 1,097 million and adjusted EBIT was SEK 140 million, corresponding to an adjusted EBIT margin of approximately 13 per cent and an CAGR of approximately 12 per cent since 2023.
The offering comprised 6,215,000 existing shares offered by Stymie Invest AB and was priced at SEK 70 per share, corresponding to an offering value of approximately SEK 435 million and an implied market capitalisation of approximately SEK 1,050 million. In addition, Stymie Invest AB granted an over-allotment option of up to 932,250 shares, which, if exercised in full, would increase the total value of the offering to approximately SEK 500 million. The offering attracted strong interest from both institutional investors and the general public in Sweden and was several times oversubscribed. Carnegie Fonder, Cicero Fonder and Familjen Hielte acted as cornerstone investors in the transaction, undertaking to acquire 1,500,000 shares for a total amount of SEK 105 million, representing approximately 24 per cent of the offering excluding the over-allotment option and approximately 21 per cent assuming that the over-allotment option is exercised in full.
The listing represents a natural next step in Dormy’s development, broadening the Company’s shareholder base and strengthening its long-term platform for continued growth, further investment in the customer experience and the expansion of the Dormy concept to more golfers across Europe.
