ABG Sundal Collier acted as exclusive financial adviser to the owners of Kanari in their sale to Conscia Group

On Friday, 27 September 2024, Conscia Group (“Conscia”), a leading cybersecurity and networking provider for complex regional and global organisations owned by Nordic Capital, announced the acquisition of Kanari Group AS (“Kanari”) from Adelis Equity Partners Fund II (“Adelis”) and the management team and employees of Kanari.
Kanari is a Nordic leader within observability services, delivering actionable insights for complex IT environments through combining industry leading observability software and deep domain expertise of enterprise systems and processes as a managed service for enterprise customers. Through the acquisition, Kanari will bolster Conscia’s activities and expertise within observability while benefitting from Conscia extensive networking, hybrid cloud and cybersecurity solutions. During its four years of Adelis ownership, Kanari grew its recurring managed service revenues by over 100%.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as the exclusive financial adviser to Kanari’s owners.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close during the fourth quarter 2024.
