Vika Project Finance AS and ABG Sundal Collier ASA established and acted as manager of the senior and junior bond issues for Mølleparken 4 AS

Vika Project Finance AS has successfully established and raised NOK 136 million in equity capital for a new real estate project, Mølleparken 4 AS. The new company has acquired the property Mølleparken 4, located in Oslo. ABG Sundal Collier ASA acted as sole manager of a NOK 240 million senior bond and a NOK 60 million junior bond raised in connection with the property acquisition.

Mølleparken 4 (through its subsidiaries) is the owner of the Mølleparken 4 office / education property, centrally located on Grünerløkka, approx. 10 minutes from Oslo City Center. The property has a gross area of 22 000 sqm and its main tenants include Red Bull, Noroff Education, Schjærven and Storyline.
