Veja Mate debt refinancing

Veja Mate offshore wind farm (402MW) in Germany has successfully and favourable restructured its EUR 1,277m senior debt facilities with the existing lender group.

Veja Mate has now seen its 67 Siemens turbines spin for a little longer than one year in the German Bight of the North Sea. FIH Partners (today ABG Sundal Collier) and Green Giraffe advised the project, owned by a consortium of Siemens, CIP and Highland, to complete this debt restructuring process.
