Kvalitena has completed a tap issue of SEK 100 million, following a reverse enquiry by ABG Sundal Collier

Kvalitena has completed a SEK 100 million tap issue in the outstanding unsecured bond “KVAO04” (ISIN SE0012675155) with maturity in December 2022, following a reverse enquiry from ABG Sundal Collier. The tap issue was carried out at 100.00% of par value. Following the tap issue, the outstanding amount in KVAO04 will be SEK 800 million, which is the same as the borrowing limit of SEK 800 million. The net proceeds will be used to repurchase SEK 10 million in its outstanding bond with maturity in September 2020 and for general corporate purposes.
Kvalitena, founded in 1995, is a real estate investment group with assets of approx. SEK 7.9 billion, primarily focused on property investments in the Greater Stockholm and Mälardalen region.
