On 21 August 2026, Hyreslandslaget (“HLL”), one of Sweden’s leading equipment rental providers for small and medium-sized projects, announced the acquisition of BinSell Sverige AB (“BinSell”). The transaction marks another important milestone in HLL’s growth journey and broadens its offering into crane services and heavy lifting.
With 75 years of history, BinSell is a leading specialist in lifting and heavy handling, operating one of Sweden’s largest and most modern crane fleets, with a strong presence in Stockholm-Mälardalen and operations in Gothenburg, Malmö and Uppsala. The company offers rental of mobile cranes, tower cranes and crane trucks as well as related services to customers within infrastructure, industry and construction. Like HLL, BinSell is built around a strong customer focus and long-term relationships.
The acquisition adds a complementary service line to HLL’s rental offering, enabling the group to support customers across a broader range of project needs – from machinery and site equipment to lifting and heavy handling – while further strengthening its position in the Swedish construction and civil engineering market. As part of the transaction, the sellers will reinvest a substantial amount of the purchase price in HLL.
