ABGSC acted as sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner in the SEK 65m directed share issue in OssDsign

On Tuesday 3 November 2020, OssDsign announced the successful completion of a directed issue raising proceeds of approximately SEK 65m. The proceeds from the directed issue will be used to finance the acquisition of Sirakoss, a company specialized in bone graft substitute, as announced by OssDsign on 3 November 2020. The directed share issue attracted very strong interest from Swedish and international investors and was heavily oversubscribed.
