Prime Living AB has successfully completed the issuance of SEK 400 million senior unsecured bonds in the Nordic bond market with a 3.5 year tenor and a coupon of 3m STIBOR + 700 bps. The transaction gathered strong interest and over 40 investors participated in the deal.
