ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Bookrunner on behalf of Drew Holdings and Foyer Finance in connection with the sale of 1,900,000 and 1,250,000 existing shares, respectively, in 2020 Bulkers Ltd representing approximately 14.2% of the share capital and voting rights in the Company at a price of NOK 103 per share, equivalent to NOK 322m

The book was multiple times oversubscribed, with strong demand from both existing and new investors. Following the transaction, Drew holds 5,274,436 shares in 2020, representing 23.79% of the share capital and voting rights in the Company, and Foyer Finance holds 784,084 shares in 2020, representing 3.54% of the share capital and voting rights in the Company. Drew and Foyer have entered into a customary 90 days lock-up with the Bookrunners for their remaining shares in the Company not sold in the Placing.
