Cool Company completed a Private Placement of USD 275m. Eastern Pacific Shipping Pte. Ltd. had pre-committed and subscribed for USD 150m in the Private Placement. The Company has applied to be admitted to trading on Euronext N-OTC in connection with the Private Placement, with expected commencement of trading 2. February 2022. The Company is expected to apply for a listing Euronext Growth Oslo, and if approved, the company is expected to commence trading on Euronext Growth Oslo within Q1 2022.
